The manager Kim does and OUTSTANDING job running both parks. Everything is always clean, well-kept, and beautifully maintained, and it's clear how much pride she takes in her job with how happy the tenants are, she listens, responds quickly, and treats everyone with kindness and respect! I would highly recommend living here!!

The manager Kim Mack is doing a great job. Always attentive to her tenants. You can text or call her anytime and she Promptly handles any issue. Keeps the park looking the best with all the flowers and plants makes it look like home..The park is very clean and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND LIVING HERE

Kim is a great manager. I have lived here with my family for 13 yrs my kids have grown up here. I have 2 very happy dogs that absolutely love the spacious yard that we have around our property. The park is improving with Kim as management and new owners. I can absolutely say that this mobile home park is home to my small family and I.

These are well maintained parks! Very inviting and conveniently located! Kim is a wonderful manager of both parks (north and south) so you can't go wrong with making either of them your new home. These parks are also family and pet friendly with yards to accommodate outdoor enjoyment.
