Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe - Winters Creek Lodge

We held our wedding at Mt. Rose, Winter's Creek Lodge this fall and it was absolutely a perfect experience. As other reviews mention, Crystal was so helpful and acommodating leading up to our big day and was available to meet at the venue several times over the summer to ensure that everything went off without a hitch. Michelle and the catering and bar team were wonderful to work with as well, and the food was well-liked by our guests, particularly the Mac and cheese. We had some guests with food allergies and the team was very accommodating with those. We highly recommend Winter's Creek as a wedding venue, and especially working with Crystal and Michelle. Mt. We picked winters creek for our wedding venue. Crystal was always available for questions and she scheduled walk through meetings. These meetings were extremely helpful in our planning process. For rehearsal and the day of the wedding, Crystal was there to make sure things were running smoothly. Not only is this venue stunning, the food was absolutely amazing. The food staff was very catering and had great service. Everyone’s drink glasses stayed full and empty dishes were taken quickly. The amount of detail and care all staff put into our wedding day was amazing.

Choosing Winters Creek Lodge for our wedding was the best decision ever and added so much magic to our big day. They make you feel like you’re outside soaking up the beauty, even when you’re indoors. Judit from Winters Creek Lodge was an absolute gem to work with. From our first visit to the end of our wedding night, she was there, answering my endless questions and making sure everything went smoothly. She made planning our wedding feel more like fun and less like a task. And the food – oh my goodness, it was to die for. Our July wedding at Winters Creek Lodge turned out perfect! Judit and her team were extremely helpful on the day of the wedding and were there to answer questions we had along the way leading up to the wedding. The venue itself was beautiful, and we were able to have the reception both indoors and outdoors. The price for the venue, food, and drinks was affordable! Our day was perfect, but we did have a hiccup along the way during our planning process, as we were planning on only serving appetizers and late-night snacks at the reception. When we booked the venue, we were told that we did not need to finalize our food menu until two weeks before the wedding. It was not communicated to us until we submitted our menu that the prices listed on the menu for appetizers and late-night snacks woul
