Wickham Park Campground

Mostly campers and trailers, a lot of longer term ppl, no just tent area, restrooms clean (they bleach the evil out of them early every morning). Dogs welcome. No camp fires. Convenient to camp when near not a campground i would pick as a destination. It is inside a huge park with a lot to do but it is more seasonal trailer park than old school canpground.

What an amazing park. Something for every one. Archery, disk golf, volleyball,equestrian. Farmers markets, concert series and food trucks. The campground and bathrooms were clean except an abundance of cigarette butt at our picnic table. A definite return visit is in store.

This is a large beautiful park that allows great flexibility. The management is really accommodating and helpful. There are three full service campground loops with 133 total full hookup spaces. There is a wide variety of sizes, some quite small and some very large. Certainly one of the best campgrounds we’ve been to. There are two laundry rooms priced very fairly. Just really nice facilities. There are lots of dogs, and I mean lots, and most owners are decent and responsible. The bad though is much like other campgrounds, trashy dog owners and people who just can’t obey rules and lack simple courtesy. As at other campgrounds, there are a lot of loose dogs especially in campground C and other places where lowlifes think they don’t have to obey rules. There is dog poop everywhere especiall

Nice that you can stay here but to 90 days! Loop A and B are good but stay away from Loop C cause spots are too close together! Great park… lots of activities like car swap and food festival with music Great biking but not on trails which are too sandy… better for walking.

Great place to go when you want to be in a relaxed atmosphere. Quiet although there are hundreds of neighbors. Spaces are mostly very large. All have picnic tables,50 service, water and septic. Several ponds. Everything from massive motorhomes to bicyclists with tents. All on the northwest corner of a county park with events every weekend. Occasionally even a pretty decent band. Prices were very reasonable. Reservations are best done on the website. You can pick your spot from the open spots based on the dates and availability. If they don't have a given spot for the duration of your stay, you can reserve several back to back and move out of one reservation and into the next. As long as your RV doesn't leave the park. Otherwise, you have to wait a few days before you can come back. I staye
