Hampton Inn & Suites West Melbourne-Palm Bay Road

Due to the recent snow storm, the flight home after my cruise was rescheduled. I decided to make the best of 2 additional vacation days in Florida. I chose the Hampton Inn & Suites on Palm Bay Rd. in Melbourne for the convenient location close to the freeway, shopping, and restaurants....and it had a laundry room which I needed and used. Most importantly, I felt safe at this hotel! The hotel and my room was exceptionally clean and quiet, the king-sized bed was cozy, comfortable, and the bathroom and shower area was a very nice size with enough towels/washcloths and soaps. I enjoyed the spacious breakfast area and the numerous breakfast options. The coffee/tea bar was excellent! We had a family with 2 rooms. We weren't able to get on the same floor due to the room types but the stay was great. Breakfast was great for the kids, and the grandpas! The lobby was great to hang out and play games and the staff was helpful and welcoming.

Great location and offers very good breakfast. The hotel is also well maintained and clean.

We had a great stay here. Lovely reception, checking in was a pleasure. Other staff were friendly and helpful, beautiful heated pool, decent breakfast. Only disappointment was the shower, maybe it just needed some CLR. I forgot to tell them about this on checkout :( 25 minute drive from Melbourne Beach and some other nice beaches. Walkable to Cracker Barrel, Walmart, liquor store, a couple gas stations, and more. Warm, heated pool.

It was great for what it was. Rooms where clean and comfortable. Breakfast was standard fair. The pool was nice and does pump head but was still chilly when you first got in it when we went. Overall good for the price
