Western Inn

It was perfect. Between ghetto and luxury. Rooms were spacious clean and mostly modern. It served our needs for 3 weeks. Staff was very nice. But dog owners wouldn't pick up after there dogs. But all guests were very friendly.

Amazing place as far as they don't try to micro manage your life. I can't stand nosey in your face management at motels. This is located centrally and easily accessible to bus lines. Would stay here again. (Okay for long term too!)

I stayed at The Western Inn approximately a week ago and experienced a serious health and safety issue involving bed bugs and roaches. I personally observed the infestation and brought it to the owner’s attention, but she refused to acknowledge the problem or take any corrective action. There are also multiple public reviews reporting the same issues, which indicates this is an ongoing problem. This situation caused significant distress and raises concerns about the safety and sanitation of the property.

Friendly staff experience upon check-in. I received a spacious upstairs queen bed room with sofa and coffee table, table and two chairs, large dresser, large desk, fridge and microwave oven. The room did not have a pleasant smell. I could not turn on a few lights and the TV. Staff came promptly to fix these issues. I also asked for - and received rags and cleaner to clean the bugs of my motorcycle. Very appreciated! A grab-n-go breakfast included big muffins and danish, several fruit and good coffee. But .... this property is large and it looks like many "guests" are long-term residents. A lot of parking lot activity including noisy cars and loud music.

Almost guaranteed to see or at least hear a shoot out when you stay here. Live entertainment how could you go wrong. Rooms are actually really clean and cozy.
