Overall, this is a solid hotel option. The rooms were clean and comfortable. One small downside was the lack of shampoo and body wash in the room, which is something I’ve typically seen provided at Hilton properties. The complimentary breakfast is decent—nothing extraordinary, but perfectly fine. Overall, the hotel is clean and a reliable place to stay.

Positive: I liked the remodeled lobby and the deep outdoor pool. Negative: We stayed in the same room for days until noticing bed bugs bites. We showed the staff and switched rooms since we decided to extend our stay again and there was no offer for refund or comp the price for the new room. We are looking into a lawsuit

I was in town visiting family. The location was convenient for that purpose. It is common knowledge that the photos of a property always put their best rooms and views front and center, they weren't a fair representation of said property. The first impression was telling. the front door required a buzz-in unless you already had a card key. there were tables lining the front of the reception desk as if to create a safety zone for the reception personnel. Check in was friendly, in spite of the safety barricade. The room was visually pretty clean. The bathroom was less than satisfactory. The wall covering was loose in the shower corners, the curved curtain rod was drooping so much that the curtain would not stay closed I was told at check-in that housekeeping was not daily, which is fine beca

The hotel was very convenient for my family to get to the Tacoma dome for the wrestling state tournament . And me and the Mrs could easily and cheaply get to EQC. The room was about what you would expect nothing great pretty basic maybe a little overpriced but a decent area for convenience in Tacoma. There are a lot of homeless/druggies in the area. Luckily they do have security a big guy was very friendly. The front desk staff was a mixed bag. Some of the front desk staff was very helpful. But the other night an older AA woman was very rude not just to me and my wife but also to my dog and the customers ahead of us as well. I don’t trust people who treat dogs the way she did. Idk if she’s the only Black staff member and nobody wants to say anything but she doesn’t belong in customer ser

I have stayed at this specific location at least 5 times in the last few years as it is close to where my relatives live and definitely meets my needs. I intend to continue to stay there whenever I visit Tacoma. The staff has always been helpful and responsive and the rooms are large. It is not a luxury hotel but it’s is comfortable Several times I brought my dog with me. There is a perfect area outside designated for walking dogs.
