Western Inn & Suites

The room was very clean and everyone was friendly and price was great. I stay there alot an they treat me very well and they always ask me do I need anything. I would sent my family and friends there the beds was made up neaty and the towels white as snow

This place is a rip off. The rooms not updated only the bathrooms are, they will not check you in if you got a online booking. They will find any reason to cancel your online reservation so they can charge you more for the room. They leave the two queen beds room on sold out so you can't make a reservation even though they have empty rooms available. The rooms are spacious but the beds and air system need to be updated. The room is not worth the 100 dollars a night they try to charge you in person.

Been trying to call them for about a hour trying to get a reservation, no one is picking up the phone or idk whats going on. I'll just go to another motel thats fine. If they dont want my money, someone else will.

This hotel has very rude and nasty customer service. When u don’t answer door for housekeeping they feel it’s okay to just burst in your room like u didn’t spend your hard earned money. Never knew it was acceptable to barge in someone’s room knowing they paid in advance over cleaning. No respect or regards what so ever. Then when I call down to complain I’m getting attitude like I’m in the wrong. I’ve been here over 3 months and when I say spend your money elsewhere I mean it don’t waste your time.
