Country Hearth Inn & Suites Union City Atlanta

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, everything was going well, until I decided to climb into the bed, I brought dinner, I put it on the chest of drawers, I wasn't ready to eat, I like to change my street clothes, I turned around to see a 🪳, I turned the second light on and it ran to the first drawer, I didn't see it, I ate a little later, left some, I had it in a plastic bag and I tied it. When I got home, and ready for work, it 🪳 was stuck on the plastic bag under my food, the nasty 🪳came home with me my heart was beating so hard. 😭😢🤢🤮🤢🤢🤢🤢.

There was a door on outside of building next to my room that was a entry to the upstairs and door facing was coming off wall and was being slammed till 2am about every 5 min. |My bathroom was full of mold in shower. Went to ask for refund for the second night because I was not staying here. He said he could give me another room so I went to look at it and it was the same. Broken recliner laying sideways and shower curtain nasty and moldy. Asked when breakfast was going to be ready. There was coffee milk one cereal and 4 little debbie danish. No cups or bowls. That was at 7am. Had all doors front doors propped open was very warm in lobby and flys coming in. When I went to pay and I reserved the room from Priceline I was told at the desk of a new fee of $5 per night that will be added. Run b

They don’t even deserve a star! The first room was a cigar smell badly and gave me a headache and the bedroom was dirty so was the bathroom they switch us to another had us check it yes it was clean but everyone was smoking cigarettes and then we grabbed our stuff and got out and asked for refund he wouldn’t give it me

If we start from the premise that this is low cost motel, then 3 stars. Unfortunately, these days, a low cost motel cost too much. $80 a night, in this case. The staff couldn't be better. However, management needs to commit to WIPING OUT THE BUGS!

11/8/22....I can't say you get what you pay for ($75) because I've been in rooms cheaper than this and were very much cleaner. The only thing good about this stay was the front desk clerk was extremely nice. Now I see why there's a sign that says "No refund after 10 mins of checking in ". As soon as I walked in the side door, the building smelled like weed. There was a bum inside by the stairs smoking and drinking beer but he hurried and left out. First impression was awful. Stairway was nasty, dirty, smelled horrible and floor was sticky. Get to my room, damn near gotta do tricks just to get door open. I was so disgusted and disappointed upon entrance. Room was horrible, no towels, tissue or any amenities. The AC makes a loud and obnoxious noise all night. Gnats were flying around, the f
