Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Union City

Positive: The room was clean Negative: there was a bad smell at the registration desk like burned food. It was strong and was just as strong down in my room 113. I mentioned to the lady at the desk. She looked at me and cooly handed me the registration papers to sign for the room.Not good

Awesome location, near to shops that are in walking distance. Arrived at the hotel around 1am and met Tanya who is awesome, she was at the front desk and made check in so easy. I guess she saw how tired we were. Later on that morning met Kimberly who is awesome as well who always has a smile and gives great recommendations as to where to go, what to see and where to eat. The escovich fish at Carri Fresh was really good. Not forgetting Emilio who always has a smile as well when we returned from our outings. Great staff, awesome stay. Will definitely stay there again.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and extreme dissatisfaction with the treatment I received during my recent stay at your Days Inn hotel. I arrived with high hopes, having read positive reviews about the hotel and its staff. However, my experience was marred by an incident that not only shocked me but left me deeply hurt and disrespected. On the 2nd night of my stay, my daughter, a 24-year-old adult, visited me at the hotel. When she approached the front desk and requested access to my room, the supervisor on duty, whom I assume is the daughter of the owner or manager of the property, demanded to know whom she was visiting and the room number. I had a very bad overall experience. My room air conditioning is not working. Bathroom sink water not draining well, took long time. We three of us stayed but not enough toiletries like towels, coffee and other supplies. I brought this to the front desk and requested to keep the manager posted. The gentleman Bala - front desk was very helpful.. But the property manager attitude and the language is simply rude and had no intention to listen or resolve. I have no intent to write about this and very hesitant to do so. But, I honestly feel its my responsibility to bring this to others. I will never stay again in any of their Days Inn - Wyndham. Hoping at least a few don't regret by staying here in future after reading this.

Very impressed with the hotel. It was very clean inside and outside. The parking lot was free of any trash that I was aware of and the rooms were cleaned and smelled as if it had been sanitized. When I called the front desk they answered promptly and were very courteous. I was completely comfortable at this hotel.
