Quality Inn & Suites Union City - Atlanta South

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very positive experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well appointed and the lobby area was welcoming especially front desk person name prabhu was very kind and helpful. The breakfast spread had a good variety of options to start the day. Overall the stay was very good.

Positive: I loved staff, she was very helpful throughout everything and made sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable for my stay. Negative: You get what you pay for. Hotel was good enough

The place is absolutely filthy and sleezy. Make sure to read recent reviews. Upon arrival we were offered an "upgraded" room that smelled terrible and had a made bed with a brown streak stain on the blanket. We were offered another room that was also filthy. The carpet was torn and had a nasty 2-foot wide stain. We immediately declined and asked for our money back. We were told no refund could be given until the manager came back. After several attempts on Monday with my phone calls being hung up on, I was informed that the manager was gone due to emergency. I was also told I would still not be eligible for a refund. What an exceptional guest experience! From the moment I checked in, the staff (ANDY) was so friendly and amazingly helpful. The room and the views were out of this world. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay so special and clean! I had Breakfast at lobby, Andy the chefs did an outstanding job and even got to meet him. Thanks so much for making my mini staycation a memorable one!

Our stay was great Andy and the rest of the staff were very accommodating The room was big and clean breakfast in the morning. And free shuttle to the airport. I definitely will be back when in town.
