The lady at the front desk was rude hanging up the phone on me, I had to take a cold shower because the water wouldn't get hot now I have the flu. The television did not work the front desk changes out the remote and I could not change the channels or turn volume down nor turn the television off. I tried to complaint the office and they would listen to me. I would like for someone to reach out to at 407-739-0284.

Terrible customer service. Rooms are remodeled with the land lord special. Had to stay here because it was the closest motel that allowed truck parking. Then was woken up to move my truck to different location. No safety latch on my door, no breakfast offered. The only good thing is the shower had hot water.

****** Do NOT stay here!****** We stopped here around 3:30 a.m. after driving from Lancaster, PA — we just couldn’t go any farther. The moment we walked into the room, the smell was overwhelming and the walls and floors were absolutely filthy. We went back to the front desk, and the clerk gave us two more rooms — both worse than the first! To make things worse, the woman at the desk kept insisting she had seen me there before. No ma’am, you have not. We had never been there in our lives. The whole situation felt shady and uncomfortable. This place is a complete dump and feels more like a trap house than a hotel. They refused to refund our money, and we’re still trying to get it back. We ended up driving to the next exit and staying somewhere else. This place needs to be shut down! This

We stayed here because they allow pets over 50 pounds, and we have an 82 pound dog. I was worried as we waited to check in late one night, and I didn't feel safe. However, our actual experience was fine. The room was clean although furnishings are old and worn. It was very quiet - never heard any noise from adjacent rooms. Very convenient location just off I-85. Staff was fine. Plenty of room for vehicles with trailers to park. Room had cable television, refrigerator, microwave. Price is low and acceptable if you are looking for basic accommodations. ||We were on a long road trip pulling a trailer and wanted a place to stay before driving through Atlanta. Leaving at 5 am allowed us to miss the heavy traffic in Atlanta.

Avoid this property-there are many others available and this one is so bad. I have Diamond status with Choice, so I usually get the best rooms available when I check in. I’m not sure how this room was even available to anyone-it was unsafe and absolute disgusting. When I complained the front desk person had no service skills, and was not empowered to do anything. 1) filthy 2) unsafe (security) 3) unsafe (electrical) 4) using smoking room linens in a nonsmoking room?! 5) actual room is nothing like the photos-nice try 6) the LED bathroom lighting would turn on and off for minutes at a time. My shower was dark for 90% of the time.
