Western Inn Hattiesburg

I will never stay at this place again!! It wasn’t clean the air conditioner was filthy the bathroom had vice grips to turn the bathtub water on!!! I just didn’t feel safe at the motel!! It took forever to be checked in because the attendant was no where to be found!!!

Had a reservation booked for a Southern Miss game. Received an email 3 days before my stay telling me my reservation was cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances (in other words they resold the room for a higher price). Impossible to get ahold of a human to complain, has been 3 months and I still have not received my refund and again cannot speak to an actual human to find out why. Was told Oyo cancelling on me was a blessing because this place is an absolute dump and needs to be condemned. Do not do not do not book with this hotel or Oyo in general especially if you enjoy human interaction.

Don’t do it. If I could give 0 stars, I would. We booked this to stop over night from Texas on the way to Florida on PRICELINE, but walked in and immediately walked out. They will not offer a refund at the hotel or via Priceline. It is a sad situation, honestly. Bugs, bodily fluids, holes in linens and floors, hair, rust- uninhabitable. Save your time and money and don’t come here. Also, don’t do the Priceline deal for a 2.5 star hotel- as this is an option provided and not even close to 2.5. It should not even be legal to run a business this way.

I checked in late and went to sleep. This morning I went to the bathroom to take a shower and bathroom was dirty due to not being clean. As I tried to speak with manager they said management was not available. Then wanted to charge me more tonight. Is lady came in and had to clean my bathroom so I could take a shower. Keep in mind I never used the bathroom until this morning.
