La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Hattiesburg - I-59

Easy check in online. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Could use an additional pillow on each bed though. We had three but you can never go wrong with four! Didn’t get to enjoy breakfast since we left so early but it smelled delicious! Thank you for the great stay we appreciate it.

Positive: The Staff is Great Negative: You feel like you are in Doggy Daycare. Lots of Dogs.One person got in an elevator with a dog that was muzzled. Evidently not a nice dog. Dogs were barking in the middle of the night.

So dog - Yes!||Staff - Yes! Nice and fully aware of the hotels issues and so trying to help. Love them!||Safety - felt safe whole time||Room - beat up is best way to put. Mold on the shower ceiling and places in the room you just did not want to touch! ( that chair in the corner! )||Breakfast - as cheap as it could be. Kind of sketchy in places ( those boiled eggs could talk )||The town - is not very nice but also not dangerous. Vibes are very mixed as a result. Nice thing is traffic is calm compared to a lot of such towns. ||But the price is right and the location is very good. Nice restaurant right next door with a big patio for you and your dog to have dinner together on.

The staff were pleasant. The room was fine but a knob on the dresser was hanging off. The tub could have been caulked better. But the rest of the room was nice. We only stayed one day on a traveling stop and it was a good price and fine hot breakfast. I would stay here again.

I failed to get the name of the gentleman who got me checked in but he had a great personality and was very friendly. Facilities were nice and clean and met our expectations. Ms Angela, who assisted with our very early check-out, was so sweet and friendly. She even asked if we would like some fresh coffee that was almost finished brewing to help kick start our long drive back home as well as some fruit or muffins since we were leaving so early and would miss out on the hot breakfast. She didn’t have to offer any of these items but was gracious enough to do so and it was much appreciated. She truly made our short stay even better and look forward to seeing her again during future stays.
