Waterstone Resort & Marina Boca Raton, Curio Collection by Hilton

Where do I start? This place is fantastic! I have been coming to the Waterstone regularly for over three years now. Ever since my first trip the entire team has made sure everyone stay is great. To just name a few of the great people: Patricia takes care of me in advance of coming to the resort. Giovanni always seems to make sure that every arrival is smooth. Kendra always greets me with a smile at the front desk and gets me efficiently to my room. George always has a fantastic smile, a joke, and always seems to be helping every guest with their luggage, The location is awesome - whether you are facing the ocean or the bay, you every room is clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Definitely recommend!!!!

The check-in staff was so very helpful and gracious! We were attending a family wedding and personally we had three rooms accommodating a toddler and babysitter and needed rooms close to each other with early check-in so baby could nap. All was perfect, rooms were very clean. GEORGE from valet was very helpful and had a wonderful attitude. He helped us both checking in and out. We had so much luggage due to further travel and he handled everything like a champ. We are so grateful to all the staff, they really made our stay seamless. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

We stay here with my now wife. We was getting married this February 8 at the Addison in Boca Ratón so we chose to stay here because is near. When we saw the suit that have a living room 6 month previous they show us a completely renovated room, still not so luxurious but fine. We are completely disappointed with the room we got in the 9 floor room 928, you could smell the humidity of the old rugs, the courtains had little holes on it, balcony had two old plastic chairs, completely horrible experience, other than that they didn’t left us a welcome card with at least a champagne to celebrate we was staying there for our wedding, we did 15 room block and at least 10 room where used by our guest. Positive: The Staff Negative: My first room the bedding was not clean, the window shade did not work and the lamp on the desk had no light. The second room I was given a few doors down was fine.

Great boutique hotel! Great rooms with amazing balcony views. Both resturants serve wonderful unique dishes. The breakfast is exceptional. Most of all the service is second to none. The cooks, the servers, the bell hops, the front desk and the consiage were all professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. What a great hotel.
