Customer Reviews
The staff is super friendly. The reviews led me to believe it was a much nicer hotel. There was significant construction going on and that created a lot of noise in the common areas like the lounge, and that was a real drag. The room is kind of worn out, with generally deteriorated surfaces, especially in the bath. The water pressure in the bathroom was really substandard. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. The only way to get a Coke or something in the evening is at the bar, which was kind of a drag. Coffee service in the morning means visiting the hostess stand in the restaurant and spending five bucks for a to go cup of just okay coffee. Felt like a ripoff. It’s in a good area with wonderful dining and entertainment options within walking distance. We walked to Chinatown, the National Port
Positive: Centrally located Negative: Hotel is very old, outdated and musty smell. The furniture is black, verrrry old. Bathroom has no vent, coffee maker is in the bathroom. Do not pay the extra $50 and park in the garage-truck will get scratched.
I was expecting this hotel to be more updated and luxurious than it was, at nearly $400 a night. The room was clean with basic amenities including much appreciated free water bottles. Bathroom was lovely and clean. However the in-room coffee pot was tiny and old, and there was no coffee or tea available during the day from the lobby or restaurant. Comfortable bed. No TV channel guide, no booklet or channel listing the hotel's features. Outdoor pool closed for the season. Gym wasn't bad, but I had to ask where it was - no signs anywhere.|The restaurant did not offer room service, but I could order food and pick it up to eat in the room. I had two meals this way which were delicious. The neighborhood is very quiet - expect to walk a bit to get to restaurants and museums.
I have mixed emotions about my stay here. I was greeted Friday 2/20/2026 by John who seemed to be a manager of some sort. He was very kind and even upgraded us to a suite with a balcony. I was very excited and appreciative but upon entering my room and giving a quick inspection I noticed a strange bug inside the shower. I was displeased and brought this to the attention of John, in which he simply said he’d list it in the report of the room. No food voucher, no offer to switch rooms, no type of compensation to justify what I had just witnessed in the shower. I believe something could’ve and should’ve been done to accommodate my guest and I, as I was charged a deposit for each night I stayed there. It was 60$ for the first night and 50$ for the second. I hope someone reaches out to me and d
Great hotel, in a great location. The staff are especially helpful. I had accidentally left my suitcase in the front lobby and a hotel employee by the name of Arvin ran me down as I was waiting for my uber to make sure I didn’t leave it!! So thoughtful and so nice!
