We had a short stay after dropping our son off at college. The room was relaxing and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was cute but the shower could have been stronger. We had a nice view from the 7th floor. The staff accommodated us with 2pm check out which made the morning relaxing. We even took a dip in the pool before leaving. The pool was empty and that was nice, especially during a pandemic. The Starbucks on the ground level is a great convenience.
My wife and I stayed here for the Christmas holiday in 2025. A female staff at the club lounge (M Lounge), named Kimberli, was very kind to us. She recommended drinks and food for us when we were a bit confused, and we had a great time talking about our families. Ms. Kimberli is so kind, gentle, beautiful, and polite, and we were so grateful for her help. Thanks to her, we were able to make wonderful memories after traveling all the way from Japan. You are the best!
Great location. Friendly welcoming staff. Clean spacious room with enough hangers and storage space. Indoor pool and fitness center 24/7. Bath and shower in the bathroom. Coffee machine. Mini fridge. No microwave. Im afraid of the air quality. The air vent are full of dust and the ceiling of the pool is rusted & molded. The room windows cant be opened. Very poor sound insulation. The person in the room next to me kept snoozing the clock that kept ringing for more than 1h and prevented me from sleeping. The heat also makes noise.
Clean, bright, spacious rooms. Friendly staff, unbeatable location steps from the metro and a 5 min walk from Walgreens, WaWa, or target. Pricey drinks and menu though so take advantage of the location and get out!
I was in DC for business and had a prolonged stay at this property. It is a solid 3.5* with very nicely appointed rooms and central location next door to Metro Center Station and near some shopping and dinning. Not too far from the White House and other DC attractions. The room is clean and new. The lobby is not very welcoming and the front desk is understaffed. The only restaurant is called Spotted Zebra and it is very expensive. There is little you can buy with the mandatory "destination fee" That is becoming a Marriott trace and my point is that given the minimum price points, if you want to make acceptable use of the destination fee you always have to overspend. Breakfast is not full service and thus the prices are astronomical. There is a Starbucks which closes after lunch and
