Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills

This was my third stay at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, and unfortunately the experience keeps getting worse each time. During this visit, we were given a room on the 4th floor with a very poor view. The balcony faced an old, worn-looking building, which was disappointing, especially for a property of this level. As a Diamond member, I have never once received an upgrade at this hotel, which is surprising compared to my experiences at other properties. Beyond that, the overall service felt cold and lacked warmth. Compared to my stay two years ago, the difference is very noticeable, and not in a good way. Beyond fabulous! The room was beautiful and extremely well maintained. We had a room with a patio overlooking Beverly Hills. Unfortunately the fire changed the view, but it was still beautiful. The restaurant was delicious with great service. We took their limo to a beautiful restaurant. The drive was nice going though Beverly Hills.|I highly recommend this hotel. It is flawless from the front desk to cleaning and the rooms. A+++. Close walk to al of the shops.

My stay was in August 2025 for four nights. Overall, I was impressed with the property. The lobby and rooms are impressive, the location is great, and the house car was always available, which was very handy for exploring BH. The rooftop patio and pool were nice, and the food was excellent. Most of the staff were friendly, though not as friendly as the staff at other five-star hotels. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

An excellent stay overall. The property is elegant, beautifully designed, and exceptionally well maintained, offering a true sense of luxury throughout the experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the service was attentive and professional from start to finish. Although there was a minor hiccup during the stay, the hotel’s service was impeccable, and all of my concerns were handled promptly and professionally. The location is ideal, providing both convenience and a refined, quiet atmosphere. A classic Waldorf Astoria experience that truly delivers — I would be happy to stay here again.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Waldorf Astoria is the most luxurious hotel I’ve ever experienced in the world. Everything from the atmosphere to the service was absolutely exceptional and made the stay unforgettable. Truly a world-class experience
