AKA Beverly Hills

This was actually accommodations that my father chose for a long-turn visit from Europe. He had stayed at a different hotel, in Westwood, but it was no longer available. This was our first experience with the AKA and we were truly impressed! When I first arrived, I was met by a man who I think wad the general manager, Mostafa. He was kind, and very accommodating, and made me feel very welcome. The next person I met was the valet, Caden, who helped me carry a lot of heavy suitcases and many bags of groceries to the apartment. He helped me unload everything and put them in the proper places. He was also very friendly and made everything very easy. While I was unpacking everything, the head of housekeeping , Adalina, met me at the apartment. She was also a gem! She assured me that all

I considered AKA my home away from home and I usually looked forward to my stay in the center of Beverly Hills , walking distance to everything ....|The staff is always friendly and eager to help, the 1 bedroom studio I usually get is huge. It has a sitting area, dining area, a full bathroom ,a powder room, a decently big kitchen and a laundry machine. The main issue this time is that the place was run down. They have not kept the place in good condition. Things were worn out and falling apart, sunken sofas, fuzz on the upholstered headboard, chewed on baseboard, pet stains everywhere, etc.... While the prices have stayed high, the place does not reflect the high end quality. The service was still friendly and the complimentary coffee in the morning is a nice touch. I would still want a

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations, especially considering the price point. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival and remained dusty throughout the stay. We also encountered insects in the room, which was unacceptable. Housekeeping services were extremely limited, and when assistance was requested, the response was unhelpful and, at times, rude. Several appliances in the room were faulty and did not function as they should. Additionally, we were promised a welcome package prior to arrival, which was never provided and never followed up on. Overall, the quality of service and accommodation does not justify the cost. This property requires significant improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service before it can be considered good value.
