I have stayed at The Peninsula Beverly Hills many times, and every single experience has been beyond exceptional. The level of service is consistently outstanding. Everyone is incredibly polite, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. You truly feel taken care of from the moment you arrive. What impresses me most is their integrity and professionalism. My friend once lost a very expensive watch in the gym, and it was found immediately and returned to Lost & Found. Recently, I also lost my diamond necklace in a public hallway restroom - not even inside my room - and when I came back a week later to check, they had found it and safely stored it as well. Classic hotel with top tier service - the staff is amazing. Special thanks to Dillon and Justin at the rooftop food/pool who were super helpful and went out of their way to try to ensure I was well taken care of. Both are gems. Servers Juan and Kenneth were also top notch. The concierge including Kerri were great and the complimentary Rolls for rides into town driven by Max was a nice touch. Food was excellent all around including breakfast and in the bar lounge, and I appreciated the free morning coffee. The rooms are a bit small for a family of 4 (we had 2 double beds) and are nice with comfortable mattresses/sheets but felt dated, and the HVAC system was noisy. I had the opportunity to stay in one of the suites here and by golly how nice! Garden view and everything! And the bathroom is like a hotel room itself! Loved the Oscar de la renta amenities too. Take me back!!! Haha. Oh but for real for real the best thing here is the afternoon tea service! Book it in advance because it is always full! Love thanks Peninsula - you're always a doll.

The food was good - with a nice mix of classic brunch items and a few international touches. The Peninsula’s brunch is perfect for a special occasion or just a luxurious weekend indulgence.
