The Crescent Hotel Beverly Hills, Sonder

I stayed at this hotel in August for a work trip. Overall the location and value is very good. The rooms are small but good for one person. I used the valet service for my car and there was an issue. I had to be at work by 6 am in downtown LA, when I went downstairs the person in the previous shift put my car keys in a different spot than they normally do. They weren’t able to locate ny car for an hour. I had to order an uber and they found my keys as I was getting in the uber so I had to cancel it. They said they would refund my valet and repay me for the cancelled uber. Upon check out I confirmed that they would issue the refund and they said they would. They never did, overall the customer service was good I believe it was just a mistake however it did create a big inconvenience for me

Basic accommodation in a top location for Beverly Hills.|Rooms are smallish & need some maintenance. We found it very difficult to move around the bed without stubbing our toes. The bathroom was a plain concrete finish which didn’t feel hygienic.|If you can get a really good deal here it’s worth considering booking.|Decor is very retro eclectic which tends to hide all the blemishes in the hotel.

Excellent location if thats what you need. Rooms described as charming and cozy mean really really really small.. Be prepared not to have your sheets changed or towels exchanged for your stay. And if you want towels,, hand towels or wash cloths be hopeful the public cabinet that contains them has them. Restaurant downstairs, Nua, was the highlight for a convenient breakfast.

Everything was BEYOND PERFECT! This hotel is in the Heart of Beverly Hills! I loved everything about my stay. The room was super big and spacious, staff were extremely helpful and kind. Clean, beautiful, 2 min walk from everything you need. Honestly, this was the best place I've stayed in LA!!

It was an okay experience. Some of the rooms are just sooo small. Smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. Prices are defiantly high for what you’re getting. All of the walkable shops and restaurants nearby are great. Hotel itself just isn’t great especially for the $300-400 range. I get it’s LA but 🤷🏽‍♀️ Our room code also didn’t work upon arrival.
