I had such a wonderful stay here and truly felt taken care of from start to finish. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, but what really stood out was how kind and thoughtful the staff were. I stayed during my birthday, and they surprised me with a special cookie flower arrangement that completely made my day. That level of detail and genuine hospitality is rare. Everyone I interacted with was warm, professional, and went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place that feels welcoming, thoughtful, and truly special.

The staff was excellent and very attentive to our needs. Although we encountered a few minor issues, they were addressed quickly and professionally. The hotel’s location was perfect—so convenient that we didn’t need to rent a car at all. Overall, I would give this hotel a 10; however, there are a few areas that could be improved.||||First, the laundry room needs attention. With only three washers and three dryers, it was insufficient for a hotel of this size. It would also be much more convenient if laundry charges could be billed directly to the room. Having to use a credit card or cash feels outdated. Additionally, the hotel should consider offering a laundry service. While on vacation, I prefer not to do laundry and would have gladly paid for this option.||||Second, the bathroom was qui

Positive: The location. Negative: The lack of cleanliness, a/c doesn’t work, extremely small room, bathroom and patio, rusted furniture and peeling paint is a health hazard. They don’t bother to mop or clean floors when it rained, safety hazard. They expected me to cage my dog from 8 to 4

The staff was wonderful! Our room was nice, and the pillows were soft. I loved the metal water bottles with the fill up station down stairs! I was able to keep myself hydrated the whole trip without wasting a bunch of plastic ones. The location of this hotel is great because it is in the center of everything. Great value for your money. Everything was so clean and had an esthetic atmosphere. We had a great time! Mahalo!

The hotel was nice, I noticed it had several Japanese speaking staff on duty. The rooms were clean and everything was in good working order. The elevators required room keys to go up in floors for a little additional security. The pool area was small but cozy, perfect for small groups of guests. Room cleaning was supposed to be every 2-3 days but they ended up checking up on me every other day wich was great. There is an IHOP literally yards from the front door of the hotel aswell as a sports bar called Rivals like 8 ft from the door. The only awkward thing about the hotel was that there were only microwaves on two floors. The seventh and ninth I beleive.
