Aston Waikiki Beach Tower

We have been going to Honolulu for the last 10 years, and this was our best hotel ever. It is a 4-star hotel, particularly if you are in a corporate-decorated unit, but the unit has everything you need, the beds are comfortable, and the views cannot be beat (particularly the ocean view suites). The swimming pool is great, the terrace is lovely, and the gym works for most people. But what really makes this a 5-star resort is the service. We haven't seen a more professional, responsive or thoughtful front desk. And the parking/bellman team is as good as anywhere--several of them even knew our names by the second day! The housekeeping team works extremely hard, does a lovely job, and will always bring extra towels or whatever you need very quickly. The location on Waikiki couldn't be be

Excellent Stay at Aston Waikiki Beach Tower. Our stay at the Aston Waikiki Beach Hotel was absolutely wonderful and exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt warm and welcoming. The front desk staff greeted us with genuine hospitality, offering a refreshing cold juice and a cool towel — a thoughtful touch that instantly made us feel relaxed after travel. Excellent experience from the moment we arrived until check out! The valet service is superb, fast and friendly. The front desk staff was so nice and also friendly. We were actually escorted to our lovely condo and given a briefing of what was where...incredible! The view left me speechless. Everything was clean and well maintained. So much pride and attention to detail...we really appreciated it. Only one complaint...there really should be a door seperating the toilet/tub area from the rest of the master bath. It would be much more private and convenient. It is directly across from waikiki beach and even though we were on the 34th floor, we could hear some traffic noise while we sat on the balcony. We stayed for a week. Made the reservation with bookings.com. Hotel did not care and were very responsive to my questions. Hotel is centrally located in Waikiki. Cross the road and you are in a fantastic beach. Hanauma Bay was like 30 mins. Pearl Harbor similar. North Shore about 55 mins. The check-in was smooth and the person (Mr. Kalani?) escorted us to our 2 bedroom, 2 bath spacious room and showed us all the amenities. We had a washer/dryer in the room and hence did not carry much.
