Vīb Hotel by Best Western Phoenix-Tempe

I came here with my Aunt so we could go apartment hunting for me when I move to town soon, we got this room here at the vib at a great price and was perfect for this particular trip (not a vacation trip just a more business trip). That being said this is great for both occasions. The staff was excellent, the hotel it's self is located perfectly in tempe. The room was clean comfortable and the bathroom was perfect. I literally have no complaints. Hotel smells great, hallways are clean, nothing was broken in the rooms. Other people staying were nice. Overall I'd book this place again for a trip of any kinda it's a safe bet that won't let you down and probably won't break the bank. We have stayed at VIB several times this summer, due to work project in town, it's been a great place to stay, the location is excellent, you can walk to many restaurants, shops and Whole Foods down 2 blocks. The staff has always been super nice and friendly and always nice to come back and see them. The rooms are smaller, but that doesn't bother us, they are efficient and we manage just fine. I like the desk area behind the bed (in some rooms) good space to work, if you need to. The Taco shop in the Lobby is pretty tasty and we've eaten there a few times. We will probably be here a few more times in the next few months and we look forward to staying here.

Staff that we encountered were very kind and upbeat. Bobby in the restaurant was very knowledgeable and helpful with menu selections. He knows his product, promotes and upsells what he can and acknowledged diet restrictions for his clientele. You don't find chain hotel staff like this often. I also encountered a woman who may have been head of housekeeping, Starla or Darla on the elevator. Very kind, welcoming in our conversation. Told us upon exiting the elevator to ask for her if we needed anything. Though when my husband booked this hotel in the Heart of Tempe, I was appreciative, I am thrilled that we stayed here, mostly because the staff was so upbeat, it's clean and while the outside life is busy, I could actually relax here...which I rarely can do in a downtown hotel! I just want to say a huge thank you to Ashley at the Best Western VIP in Tempe. She is absolutely amazing — truly the best. From the second I arrived, she was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for my stay. Ashley’s level of service is next-level. She’s kind, professional, and genuinely cares about the guests. Any question I had, she handled right away with a great attitude. You can tell she takes pride in what she does, and it made my entire experience smoother and stress-free — especially since I’m here for a big race. If every hotel had an Ashley, traveling would be a lot easier. Thank you, Ashley — you’re a rockstar and a huge asset to this hotel. Highly recommend staying here just based on the service alone.
