We just finished a family reunion at this magnificent estate. It is lovely and unique. The views are spectacular in all directions. The theater room has a magnificent screen that is at least 12 feet diagonal measure, which we used for Zoom with absent family members. On the other side, a great rec room and pool table. Hot tubs, Jacuzzis, and a beautiful pool with amazing views. A well-appointed kitchen with freezer and triple refrigerator space, two dishwashers, plenty of utensils. You have multiple bedroom suite configurations to handle all guests. The road is far easier than most in the mountains, and you are only 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge. The owners are super responsive. Book it. You will love it.

Von Bryan Estate is AWESOME! We had a family reunion with 32 people with plenty of room to spread out. Great areas for dining (all together for a change) and game playing, big theater room, game room, library, and fantastic swimming pool and outdoor areas. Well stocked with everything. Owner was very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any need. One of our best reunions ever!!

The view was beautiful on both sides and I really enjoyed my time there. The reason for 4 stars is that the kitchen needs some serious updating!! There's not enough silverware and the some of utensils are odd and mismatched...which is not too bad, but it was hard to bake stuff because we barely had enough decent pans. Overall a really Great place though!!

On top of the mountain... From all sides. Wonderful place. Amazing views. Beautiful sunrise and sunset from the same place. The entire family had an amazing time... The pool and hot tub area produced amazing cookouts and memories. Wonderful open floorplan with multiple private nooks and rooms with ample baths..., It all made for an amazing week. 5 miles from the national Park for hiking, and 20 minutes from all the tours and activities you can want to participate in. Cuzzin Eddy even drove his Dolly Parton tour bus to us for our private tour. The owner is a great guy and for us, I don't believe there is a better place to feel the real mountains and Tennessee. Amazing place. Private, clean, uninterrupted and Free!! Thank you for the great week!

Literally the top of a mountain retreat with crazy views! Pool, 2 hot tubs, an expansive deck, and an indoor theatre (complete with 20 theatre seats!) provide great entertainment opportunity. The kitchen has 2 dishwashers and plenty of fridge space. The bedrooms all have their own baths, making this a great place for a large family get together. We stayed for a week, cooking all our own meals and eating in the dining room which has table seating for 20 plus a bar. It's close to the Park, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Dollywood. The hosts are great to work with. We would definitely return!
