The Ridge Outdoor Resort

We just had our annual conference at this location. A good many of us travel in our RV's and used several of their spaces. We loved that place! Great location and great facilities. RV sites were level and had good water pressure and solid electrical. We are looking forward to coming back next year!

We just finished what was one of the most enjoyable RV trips we’ve taken in years. And the primary reason the trip was so great was the awesome facilities of The Ridge. Everything was “as advertised”-immaculate and the daily services were fantastic. We watched kids catch fish in the lake, had food from the deli and took advantage of the laundry room to leave with plenty of clean clothes and great memories. So much fun we actually talked about coming back without our RV to try the glamping and tiny homes. Great place with RV sites that range from nice to luxury. Imagine parking on your paved spot, then not having to set up any outside equipment because you have an outside kitchen, stone fireplace, outdoor TV and patio table and chairs all on-site. The Ridge Outdoor was an excellent place to stay, especially for a longer visit. We were here for over a month and genuinely loved it. The surrounding area is great and everywhere we went, people were friendly. We honestly didn’t meet a single mean person the entire time. The staff deserves a lot of credit. Everyone we interacted with was welcoming, helpful, and very accommodating, which makes a long stay feel easy instead of transactional. The facilities are top notch, especially the fitness center, which is better than what you’ll find at most campgrounds and actually usable long term. The monthly rate is a fantastic deal for what you get and made this an easy choice for an extended stay. The Ridge is amazing. We have tried other places and keep coming back bringing more family with us. The girls in the office are so friendly and helpful. The amenities are the best, from the scheduled activities, the pools, food trucks, covered pickle ball court, cable and WiFi are great, to the trash pickup and more. The whole campground is clean, sites are spacious, bath house and laundry are amazing. We’ve tried many but this place is worth every penny!! Keeps us coming back several times a year!! I have not stayed at this resort but did take a tour today. This resort is so classy! Everything is clean, curb appeal is terrific and the sites look phenomenal. I especially like the fire bowls. The arcade is big as is the fitness center. The sites look wide and easy enough to back in, the roads are wide and it was easy to find what you were looking for. They have the most adorable tiny houses and tents for rent. The team in the welcome center were pleasant and knowledgeable. This resort is just outside of the craziness of Pigeon Forge where you feel the piece and quiet but is only a quick 5 minute drive to anything and everything. They have a fantastic monthly deal now and I cant wait to spend some time there.
