River Cove Campground

This camp ground is amazing!!! So beautiful! The staff is very friendly. The grounds are very clean and well kept. Laundromat is super clean and you pay for washes/drys with your card no quarters necessary! The playground is gigantic, my grandkids loved it! The river is crystal clear, you can see the trout swimming around. The trout are super smart here so good luck catching them haha, I was unsuccessful lol. The campground is right by Dollywood so just another plus. Stay here, you won't regret it!!! The sights are not huge but they are on the larger side. We fultime RV & this place is in our top 5!

First time coming to this campground and definitely won’t be my last! I have been camping for about four years now with a 30 foot trailer in tow. This is probably one of my top five favorite campgrounds of all time. Loved the location next to the river and the full hook up was excellent. Even had two waist drains at the site. The site was almost level and required me to level only about two or 3 inches on the passenger side. Trash disposal was a breeze! All you had to do was leave it at the edge of your site and the staff picked it up regularly. Staff at the office was kind and helpful. Did not use the bathhouse personally except when leaving for a restroom break before a long travel home. It was pristine and clean and very well maintained. This campground is great. It was very clean and well maintained. They have numerous amenities. The location is very convenient to all the shops, restaurants, and shows around Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge/Sevierville with about a 20 minute ride in any direction. We stayed in a river campsite which was beautiful. Highly recommended. We will stay again.

Was a good campground. some (not sure if all sites)had these gravels that you can only walk on with shoes or with an outdoor carpet on which was slightly annoying . It was a relaxing experience otherwise. Fire pits look Brand new just there was absolutely nowhere to find fire wood unless you walk through others sites and that's a no no . They sell wood for 10 dollars and it's just a puny bundle of wood. Shower houses and bathrooms are new looking and were very clean . I believe they use a water softener which makes you feel like the soap is still on your skin but after research it is normal and is better than hard water it's just you notice the soapy feeling more with soft water and that is okay because you can tell they put a lot of work into their bathhouse. This campground is 5 Stars! Every site is spacious and well defined with nicely placed trees, flowers, and landscaping. Everything is very clean. There is lots of green space that is well maintained including a large dark park with 2 separated spaces, 2 playgrounds and a bounce house, pickleball and a basketball court. The campground is bordered by a farm field with cattle on one side and the Little Pigeon River which was relaxing and beautiful. There are nice big picnic tables, a fire pit and charcoal grill on every site, all very well maintained. The bathrooms and showers are like what you’d find at nice hotels; individual rooms, very clean, big and nicely tiled! The parking and entry into the campground is large and easy to enter and get around. Very well thought out. We enjoyed this ca
