This place was an absolute gem! We stayed in the wagons. The beds were super comfy. The bathhouse/barn was clean and roomy. Everything was well maintained and clean. It’s outside the city, so it was quiet and peaceful.. but close enough that we could go get dinner or see an attraction in Pigeon Forge. 10/10 would recommend. We would definitely stay here again! Staff was very friendly. Very impressed. Glamping at its finest. The wagon came with bedding, towels, clothes hamper, broom/dust pan, Keurig, trash can, electrical outlets to plug in your phone. It really was just an awesome place. A wonderful experience. We rented a golf cart and that was a good choice.

We had the best time making memories with our little family! We loved the zip line, chickens, golf cart and getting to experience “camping” in the mountains!! Owners were very nice and loved the personable experience! We were still close enough for a car ride into town but far enough in the country to have peace!

Glamping meets history. Met and exceeded expectations. The wagons are clean, spacious and very well equipped for a family getaway. The other room types are also great. Had lots of fun things to do with the family. The owner received us in person and was incredibly polite and helpful. At night, you can see the stars and enjoy the sounds of nature. Absolutely recommend. Things to remember: - you'll be on the mountains, so it gets cold. - bring your own food for breakfast.

We stayed here this weekend in a covered wagon and it was so nice! The entire campground was well maintained. The bathhouse was clean and well stocked. The A/C in the wagon cooled it perfectly. I would highly recommend and we will be back with our kids. We ended up renting a golf cart and I highly recommend that as well. It is far enough off the main road for peace but close enough that you don't have to drive miles and miles to get to the main road. The owner was very nice and helpful when we arrived as well!

Oh my what an experience. It was a spur of the moment trip. My husband and I are retired and planned a trip to Maryland for our anniversary. The day before we left for Maryland I asked him if he wanted to go to Tennessee to stay in 'one of those Conestoga wagon places' that we saw several years ago on Facebook. So an extended few days in Tennessee was a natural extension. This place is FABULOUS. My aunt, from Chattanooga, joined us. Shes 77. My husband 74 and I'm 71. Navigating the stairs at 2 am to go to the bathroom was not an issue like I thought it might be. Our evenings spent in 'the Barn' playing cards was so much fun. The bathrooms were clean as well as the large showers. We're already planning a long girls weekend. Rob and his wife were excellent hosts. I highly recommend this res
