Village Inn

OMG, this place was terrible!! The inside was nasty at best. The carpet was disgusting and bugs were everywhere!! It smelled bad, the drapes were full of holes and wouldn’t close. I literally had to go buy clips to keep the curtains closed. The location was questionable, and there wasn’t even a chain on the door only a single flimsy lock!, I found a better hotel for less money, I wanted to leave early and they refused to refund my money as I had paid them in cash in advance for a full week! It is extremely, very, very extremely overpriced for what you get!! Check out the photos!

I rented a room there once before, and completely cleaned up after I left, and the second time I came, the owner actually realized how friendly and neat I was, regardless of how dirty and outdated their rooms really are! I go to leave on my second time and they take a $50 deposit. Well the owner doesn’t give it back to me because she said I owe $18 now all she had to do was give me and refund me back my $50 deposit because I cleaned the room myself as well and argues with me into the point where I have to leave! Absolutely no customer service whatsoever disgusting motel I would never stay there again unless you want bedbugs because they Have bedbugs because I woke up with bites!

DO NOT USE BOOKING.COM for this hotel, especially if you have pets. We booked here specifically because they accept pets and paid for the reservation through booking.com, however, when we arrived that wanted another 1/3 of the reservation cost just for the dogs. The place looked so sketchy and the front desk person was so rude that we decided to stay somewhere else instead.

It seemed cleaned and well maintained. Staff are friendly. Location is right by the highway, but it's not too loud. However they have super bright flood lights on their sign which come in the windows. I wasn't able to sleep because they are so bright, as shown in the photo taken at night. The room actually got darker when they turned off the flood lights at 6am.

Nice place, wouldn't call it a hotel as some places list it as... more like model but rooms aren't bad, clean and put together.
