1313 West - Luxury Boutique Hotel

We stayed at this boutique hotel in Annapolis over Thanksgiving week to be close to family, and it was truly wonderful. The property is beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail feels thoughtfully designed. The staff was exceptional, very welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. They even accommodated a crib for our infant, which made our stay so much easier and more comfortable. We especially loved the speakeasy downstairs, where they made one of the best espresso martinis we’ve ever had. We had such a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Annapolis. We’ll definitely be back!

We stayed one night for New Year’s eve. This boutique luxury hotel is fantastic! We were pleasantly greeted by Nadia who was a gracious host during our stay. The house is beautifully decorated and immaculate; every detail was carefully curated. Our room, the Secretariat, had a spacious room and bathroom and had THE most comfortable bed! We did not want to leave! The house also has a lovely kitchen and speak easy which provided a cozy place to enjoy cocktails. I am originally from the area and have not come across a place this nice in over 30 years.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Staff greeted us at the door and were very helpful. The room temperature was perfect and easy to control. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. |Very luxurious feel without being too pricey.

We stayed at 1313 West for two nights while in town for the 2025 Army–Navy football game and absolutely loved it. The hotel is beautifully and thoughtfully designed—tastefully appointed with clear attention to even the smallest details. What really made the stay special, though, was the staff. Everyone we encountered was incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. A fun bonus was the hidden speakeasy in the hotel—such a cozy and charming spot for an evening nightcap after a full day out. Overall, we had a truly lovely experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend and very much looking forward to a return visit!

This is a converted house that was rebuilt recently using very high standards, much higher than most homes. It is immaculately clean. The staff is friendly. We especially enjoyed chatting with the bar tender in the hip basement bar. Our room, "Seattle Slew", had a huge bathroom. The decorations were modern grey, in high quality materials. The breakfast is basic but very high quality. Coffee, fruit, and 3 kinds of home-made mini pastries of the cake-like sort. There is a ceremony coffee in walking distance for more breakfast choices. The only odd thing is there is really no place to hang clothes. There is a bracket on the wall near the bed, but it only has 4 hangers and 2 of them are already in use with some nice deluxe bathrobes. There is also no iron or steamer, so wrinkled clo
