The Village by the Sea is a good middle of the road option for a beach vacation. Perfectly adequate. A car is required. Our kitchen was only fairly well supplied. The unit was pleasant. There was no view. I appreciated the pools and fitness center. The staff were very friendly. The value was good for close to the ocean. You may want to book the top floor if noise above disturbs your sleep any time in the unit.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Service was great. Rooms are a little dated, but this was really a perfect spot for us to stay a couple of nights. The comdo was super spacious and beds were extra comfy. We did not spend much time in the rooms. I feel we received a great value for our stay. If we're fortunate to visit here again, we would absolutely return to this condo.

***Update 10/272025*** We stayed a long weekend here again. This time in a different room condo. This one was more updated and definitely well cared for. You can tell which units get batter care by their owners. We would definitely stay in this condo again and was a much better and cleaner experience. ****************** June 2025 Review We just got back from our vacation at village by the sea. This is the 4th year we have stayed here and this year was the least impressive. It seems to have been getting worse each year. The room we stayed in had broken tiles in the bathroom, ants in the living room, the loudest and creaky wooden platform bedframe and uncomfortable matresses to name a few.
