Seagull Resort and Condominiums

Very nice cottage, #37, with beautiful views, plenty of room for four people. Very clean, beds were comfortable although the pillows were very thin but that would not hold me back from staying again. There was a nice patio table with a screened in porch with a beautiful view. it is very quiet and we did not hear anything outside. The one issue we did have was handled very quickly by the manager, I believe Corey. He handled the situation with grace, was very professional and accommodating. Highly recommend staying here.

Location was perfect - close to all shops, beaches and great restaurants. The cottage was up to date, well appointed with everything we needed and having the laundry was a huge bonus! Beds were comfortable and decor was light and bright. The service on the phone and in-person made us feel valued. We plan to return!

Wonderful place to stay. Amazing staff, everyone was friendly and accomodating. Townhouse was large and had more than enough room for everyone. Beautifully decorated, yet very cozy. 2 pools. Kids pool and a hot tub. Would definitely stay here again. Finally. To Cory, Charles and Laurie, many thanks for making our vacation so enjoyable. Can't wait to see you all again. See you next year

Beautiful Resort. Townhouse was amazing. More than enough room for everyone. 2 1/2 Baths. 3 Bedrooms Large kitchen and living area Enclosed porch off the living area. Back deck with gas grill. Bonus room upper level win an enclosed porch. Love this resort

We stayed for 2 nights (8 of us) in Townhouse #55 and we all loved it. The townhouse was immaculate with 4 bedrooms and plenty of living space. Close to Wells beaches. Will definitely stay again!
