The Beach Farm | Rooms & Cottage

We loved our stay here!. The owners were very personable, accommodating and kind. The hotel is stunning; each room is beautifully decorated and welcoming. It was extremely clean and comfortable and the homemade food was exceptional. The grounds are meticulously kept up; the pool is fabulous and the fire pit makes this an A++ hotel in my mind! The location cannot be beat. The cottage is the perfect miniature vacation home: equally beautiful, comfortable and relaxing. We will DEFINITELY be back. Thank you for such a fabulous stay!

We enjoyed a short stay in August 2023 and keep thinking about a return visit (thus the delayed review.) It was only a stopover on our trip farther north, and we wished we could stay longer. The room was clean and comfortable and the house was quiet, private and well-cared for. We enjoyed the pool to ourselves, and had some time to explore the area a little: local food, shops, and of course the beach. Breakfast was really wonderful and the friendly owners took care of my dietary needs (gluten free) with some delicious dishes. Hope to stay again in the future.

We were delighted to discover this charming B&B! Brian, our host, was incredibly welcoming and hospitable. The Beach Farm is a beautifully restored home that radiates warmth and character. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming back in the future!

Beautiful place located in Wells. Very charming and clean. Perfectly located (the ice cream at Scoop Deck is a must). At the end of the street, parking is free along the ocean, which makes access easy. We highly recommend it to everyone!

We had a wonderful stay at the Beach Farm Inn while visiting the area to ride on the Eastern Trail rail trail and explore beaches, craft stores, and other towns in the area. The inn is a beautifully furnished, impeccably maintained 19th century home. The rooms are charming and extremely comfortable. Everything was exceptionally clean. The grounds offer lots of opportunities for sitting, sunning, swimming in the pool and generally relaxing. Brian and his family are warm and welcoming and the home-cooked breakfasts were great. We look forward to returning!
