Views Inn Sedona

I’ve known the owner of the Views Inn for years and have worked with him directly several times through my company. He has always been incredibly kind, professional, and easy to work with. A friend of mine stayed here recently, and he offered her a very fair, competitive rate. She said the stay was excellent — clean, comfortable rooms and genuinely welcoming service. The location is another major highlight. Situated right in the Village of Oak Creek, it’s within easy reach of great restaurants, coffee shops, and local businesses. Plus, it’s just minutes away from some of Sedona’s best hiking trails and scenic viewpoints, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. We stayed three nights and highly recommend this place! It was clean and a spacious room! Check in and out was smooth and easy and the gentleman at front desk was friendly! Few restaurants close by that is walkable!

The room was not ready at 4pm for check in . The hotel is not well maintained and the lobby and breakfast area are dirty. The bedroom was very Daryl and old , had dust by the bed and the bathroom was very grubby. I stayed at many Elements all over the USA and recently (BWI in Baltimore and Summerlin Las Vegas and the happy hours drinks and a cheese board are limited but free) You are gouging your customers by charging and advertising Happy Hour on a seen better day hidden at the front of the main entrance of your hotel . Shame on you ! |The breakfast dining room was dirty and the food disgusting. The Chobani yogurt bar was a disgrace and filthy with no one looking after it . It was a mess . My husband and I booked a room as we did the wine tasting tour. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated the staff was awesome. We will be back. Also the views were breathtaking. Thank you to all the staff of the Veiw Inn you were 5stars.

Tried to check into refused through Expedia and was denied the room due to my service animal. Who is registered with paper work. After much negotiation the front desk worker said by his law animals are not allowed regardless of the service they provide. And that we were lying about our dog providing medical services. So we left and will never return. Very unprofessional. Definitely would not recommend
