We just returned home last night, and I can honestly say Ambiente was one of the most incredible hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, every single detail was thoughtful, intentional, and elevated. The service was absolutely impeccable — every staff member we encountered went above and beyond, and it felt genuine, warm, and effortless. You truly feel taken care of here. The spa was to die for — peaceful, luxurious, and exactly what you’d hope for in Sedona. The restaurant was outstanding, and on our very first night, one of the bellmen even purchased our drinks for us, which completely set the tone for the stay. I stayed a singular night for a special occasion and everything was fantastic. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, kind, and helpful and never made you feel even moderately burdensome when approached with questions or requests. The rooms were clean, comfortable, filled with great amenities, and to top it all off had stunning views. The grounds are meticulously maintained and you can tell how much care the hotel puts into your stay and each little detail.

We booked this hotel a month in advance and paid extra to have our room decorated for our 10-year anniversary. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the room had not been decorated. We were told the hotel failed to coordinate with the florist. Instead of making an effort to fix the situation or offer a meaningful solution, they simply canceled the decoration altogether. It completely took away from what was supposed to be a very special milestone for us. I was never told they arrived at all. Kat cancelled the delivery. They never notified us. I was told we can check in early and the room would be ready? The absolute worst thing anyone can do ruined the whole surprise with no apology no attempt to make it right. . People come here to celebrate social moments and pay thousands of dollars?! NO O

The stay here is incredible. You have staff attention 24/7 and are even offered transport to local attractions/ restaurants. A hiking trail direct access behind the resort. The heated pool and hot tub steaming in the 45 degree weather while enjoying an espresso martini was a dream! Food and daily breakfast - delicious and such an enjoyable, relaxing atmosphere at Forty1 restaurant. Rooftop firepits = brilliant. We 10/10 recommend.
