Arroyo Roble Resort

Great location. The resort is probably from the 70's, but we found that charming. Twin beds were a bit soft for us. Very quiet. We pool and hot tub was down due to a sewer problem, so cannot comment on them. Hope to come back

Loved our stay at Arroyo Roble. This is my 3rd time exchanging here. The key to this resort is the ability to walk up the hill and be in Uptown Sedona. It also has beautiful areas to sit right on Oak Creek.||We staying in a 2 bedroom unit. 2 floors - bedrooms upstairs. It had 3 balconies and 2 fireplaces! It also had a full kitchen and washer/dryer in unit.||The units have been refurbished. New furniture and other things. We had a few maintenance issues. We called the front desk and they sent folks to deal with them right away. Very responsive and friendly staff.||I recommend the Mariposa restaurant for lunch on the patio - so you can see the views (and prices are a bit more reasonable). I just got here and I would describe this place like a fine wine. Although clearly built in a 90s decade, it has aged immaculately. It has been maintained extremely well. The place has great amenities available and has kind, effective staff at check in. Looking forward to my week here after using RCI points

10 am check out is crazy. Older place is clean but dated. Price for service is not worth it. Great location
