The residents in this park are so rude. The staff is rude. Who ever designed the RV side of this place had never owned an RV, sewer and water hookups are all over the place no rhyme no reason to any of it, our water hookup was under our coach. They have a couple tiny dog parks for 1500 sites and do not want people walking there pets anywhere else, it is not pet friendly. We will never ever stay here again and will warn people against coming here. Shame on you Viewpoint and shame on your residents.
We have stayed at the Viewpoint frequently, and always have been satisfied, but there is a lot of freeways noise at times.
The place has so many activities and clubs. People are nice. Many snow birds come and enjoy 3-6 months here. Golf courses are in great shape. 17 pickleball courts to enjoy!!!! Tennis, 4 pools, 6 hot tubs, saunas, 2 gyms, music, shows, over 100 clubs, all kinds of crafts and hobby rooms, parades, a train, onsite Restaurant and Bar...... once you are at ViewPoint......you never have to leave or want to leave!||Park models, modular homes, RVs, are owned or rented. ||Come enjoy ViewPoint, and you will never want to leave!
Huge Rv park on a very nice golf course. Great location as its close to the 202 and the 60.
Beautiful location, nice pool and a walk-in Sauna. Encore parks $ 20 a day
