Four Points by Sheraton at Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport

Amazing location, rooms, and service. When we got kicked out of the nearby Hilton for leaving a poor review, we came here. They gave us water (without us asking) and allowed us to wait in the lobby for our employer to book the room. The towels smell so good, idk how else to say it. The rooms are really nice, and there is a nice restaurant inside the hotel. Fish and chips are great. I cannot stress enough how amazing all of the staff is. If it weren’t for the price, I would love to stay here again

From beginning to end my stay was beyond “ just what i needed!” Ken picked me , in shuttle , up from sweet little airport out there in Mesa. So kind, attentive and caring. Azzy was sweet and generous in attentiveness . I enjoyed my conversations with her and her kindness. My room was clean and comfortable. Yes walls are thin, but thats what earplugs are for, or white noise app on phone. Price point good/||within my budget. Food prices crazy reasonable!! I really enjoyed sitting outdoors in the peaceful setting. ||Austin was a kind and gentle soul too who helped with my checking out in the early hours of the morning as i headed to Charlie Kirks memorial ( to stand in line at 1am)||I hope i have a reason to stay there again

Four Points by Sheraton is a beautiful property, especially with the stunning 18-hole golf course right on site. The grounds are well maintained and create a relaxing atmosphere whether you’re staying overnight or just visiting. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. The entire property is nice and exceptionally clean, which really stands out. Overall, a great experience and a place I would definitely recommend.

Staff was very friendly. Pool was descent. Gym room was good. I think elliptical need fixed they made a loud noise. Rooms are nice. Bathrooms were nice. Very close to airport. Shuttle lady was friendly but she parked a little far from where I had to go. So I got confused trying to find my way. Was dropped off my baggage claim I was catching a flight.
