SureStay by Best Western Mesa Downtown Area

Stayed a week at this location. Rooms were very clean and bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Upon departure at 4 am in the morning, the desk clerk came out and made sure we had coffee and water before we left. Nice folks!

Positive: Location and quiet. Negative: the room was very clean but just dated. The woodwork could use some paint. Breakfast was adequate but not extra good. Coffee was good.

I recently needed a room for an event near Mesa Az. It was difficult to find a room due to spring training. All the hotels were charging astronomical prices. This hotel was fair priced. I usually don't stay at best Western however this hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was better than most hotels that are more expensive. It was quiet and relaxing. The pool was clean and inviting. I would definitely stay here again.

I just spent one night at this hotel and it was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in years. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome—check-in was fast, friendly, and they even upgraded us to a better view without us asking. The room was spotless. Seriously, immaculate. Fresh linens, sparkling bathroom, no dust anywhere, and everything smelled clean and inviting. The bed was super comfortable (I slept like a baby every night), and all the little details were perfect—plenty of outlets, great water pressure in the shower, and even the coffee maker was fully stocked and worked This place really gets it right—clean, comfortable rooms paired with warm, attentive service. Very solid experience overall. The King Suite was spacious, clean, and the bed and shower were both great. Two minute walk to the last stop of the Lightrail, which will take you all the way though Mesa, to the airport, downtown and beyond. Great service as well. No frills, but excellent for the price and location. Would stay again!
