Residence Inn by Marriott Phoenix Mesa East

I had to book a room last minute while on vacation when a family member ended up in the hospital. Upon checking in, I learned I had mistakenly booked a room at the Phoenix Mesa hotel, rather than the Phoenix Mesa EAST hotel. I was offered to switch reservations to this one, but it was going to cost more than I was willing to pay. Kyleigh at the front desk learned of my dilemma and then without me having to ask, worked it out for me to get a room at a better rate, and even allowed me to check-in at 7:00 AM, well before the regular check-in time. I was very grateful to her for her professionalism and compassion for my situation. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and walking distance to HonorHealth. This was a nice hotel. The room we had was quiet, clean, and in good condition. We went in October and at that time of year the pool is shaded by to hotel so it's very comfortable to sit out there even when the temperature is in the 90s. |A few things to be aware of: there is a limited choice of restaurants nearby but there is a Sprouts about a mile away. Also, the exercise room has limited weight lifting equipment, only dumbbells and benches.|Overall, the hotel is good and I would stay there again.

Let's jus say I couldn't get out the bed!!!!! 10/ 10 for the bed also the room it was so cozy ! Loved cooking for my husband and son, in our room ! Till next time!!! Keep the bed fluffy,thank u to the housekeeping for making sure we had a clean room !!!

One of the nicer Marriott Hotels that I've stayed at. It's a huge hotel with great architecture and room floor plans. The room and bathroom could have been cleaner. There was hardened gum stuck in the floor next to one of the beds and the shower drain was clogged up so water pooled up in the shower. Unlike other Marriott locations, I was not thanked for my status, asked how I would like to use my level benefits, and front desk staff was rarely seen. I would still stay here again though.
