This place is awesome, people are so friendly, the staff and volunteers are eager to help you. Grounds are immaculate and clean. Security is on it with the chief leading the pact and making rounds through out the day checking on our homes. So glad we bought in here.
This 55+ community is a really beautiful place to stay for retirement. We visited this place and received a welcoming tour by the staff. The front yard is designed with different types of plants that only grow in Arizona. It has a good landscape and huge space to drive around.
Great place, if you are retired and are in to activities, there is more than enough to keep you busy. Better to buy, so you can attend activites freely. Guard house is a very good plus. From hummingbirds to woodpeckers, they are all friendly and hubgry :)
Clean. You don’t see trash anywhere. Quiet. Many activities. Well maintained. Visiting a friend on (several occasions).
Great place for retired people. There are a lot of activities in this place. There is also a big swimming pool.
