Customer Reviews
Very pleasant stay, with impeccable service. Room was large and clean, nice furniture and decor without any obvious or hidden wear and tear. Comfy bed, great bathroom (in my opinion). Really can't say anything negative other than I remember being vaguely unimpressed by breakfast, whether that was the hotel's fault or not I can't recall. Would stay again.
I had a wonderful stay at the Viceroy DC! I especially want to highlight Hugo at the front desk, he was absolutely fantastic. Always smiling, incredibly friendly, and very knowledgeable, he provided excellent recommendations for activities around the city. Hugo was quick to respond to any questions and always ready to help, making our experience even more enjoyable. The staff really made the stay memorable, and I can’t recommend this hotel enough! The bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on — extremely hard and difficult to rest on. The AC had issues during most of our stay, and on the last night it didn’t work at all, which made it very uncomfortable. The maintenance guy was awesome guy. That said, the service was good and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We prepaid our stay via Amex travel so the hotel didn’t refund our money we had to leave before a winter storm. Keep that in mind
Service was amazing from everyone. Great location less than a mile away from everywhere we had to go. Wish the rooms had a little bit more light felt too dark at times even with all the lamps on. Also can you make another option for smoothies for people with a nut allergy all the smoothies offered had them.
Very nice hotel in a great location! Stylish with seating space throughout the lobby area. It has a small cafe that was very nice in the morning. The rooms were bigger than expected and the beds were comfortable. There were little things here and there, the air conditioning was a little loud throughout the night and it took a minute to figure out how to perfect the temperature in the bathroom. But overall a great stay!
