Viceroy Chicago

Absolutely loved our stay at Viceroy! From the moment we stepped in and were greeted by the front staff we felt welcomed. The rooms are beautiful and very spacious. We were in a Grand Lake View King room and we loved the view. It was so nice to have 2 sinks in the bathroom w/a rainfall shower or option of using a bathtub. Just so spacious all around. Really made for a relaxing stay. The hotel decor is beautiful and the location is perfect. Staff is very hospitable. Definitely happy we chose to stay there and plan to come back again.

Located right across from rush street. We did our staycation here. The rooms are gorgeous,the whole hotel has a modern vibe and they do little subtle things like having a bowl of starburst at the check in desk. The staff is super friendly and go above and beyond. Room service for breakfast was amazing gourmet style breakfast the portions were great and the price was not bad. My new favorite Hotel in Chicago

My daughter discovered the Viceroy Hotel on TikTok and instantly fell in love with it, so we booked the penthouse for her 15th birthday girls’ night, along with additional rooms for our family. From start to finish, this was an unforgettable experience. The rooms were absolutely stunning, and the views were phenomenal, truly a luxury stay that felt special and elevated. My daughter, and her friends had the time of their lives, and it made her birthday incredibly memorable. The hotel staff was phenomenal. Every question or concern we had was handled quickly, professionally, and with genuine care, which made a huge difference. While there were a few minor hiccups, the way the staff resolved them stood out. We did notice a pricing discrepancy, as we were initially charged about $700 more t

This place was saved in my to go places. I end up coming for a night for my birthday. It’s conveniently located near EVERYTHING literally. The room was nice, didn’t have the tub I expected but it was a soaking tub (wasn’t clean enough for me). The pillows had a distinctive smell to them. What really made me feel uncomfortable was the connecting room along with the beautiful huge mirror that was right beside the door that connects to the other room. It didn’t set in for me til later that night. I end up checking out six hours earlier than my check out time. Also I had a $50 restaurant/lounge credit upon check in that I forgot to use 😩. Will I go back? Yes, but will make sure that the room meets my expectations next time, especially when going solo. Pricey but the location and view was worth
