The Neighborhood Hotel Lincoln Park

The apartment was very clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the basic supplies we needed. We loved the coffee maker (supplied with coffee and small creamer in the fridge) and tea kettle. The linens were clean and fresh, and the bedrooms comfortable. The shared space was lovely. The guestbook provided ideas for where to go for meals and sight-seeing. Check-in was seamless - they texted the building access code the morning of our arrival. Location was ideal - we walked to Lincoln Park, North Pond, and the lakefront. Beautiful neighborhood with many places to eat, and a Target just down the block. Loved every aspect of my staycation. Love being able to explore A new neighborhood. The check in was seamless, apartment well equipped, texting 24/7 helped so much. Everything we needed was right there. Smart TV is nice! Very cozy! And close to coffee shops, shopping and parks! Got to explore Lincoln Park fully! @chicagopescetarian

A great amount of space for a big-city hotel, but with some major caveats. I stayed in the Coach Room as a solo traveler. The living and dining areas are spacious, great for 1-4 people. The kitchen was very convenient and decently stocked (aside from measuring spoons, so note they're not provided if you're looking for those!). Cleanliness could be worked on. The couch stunk and there are stains on the chairs, rugs and walls. But the biggest issue was the bathroom. The sink was very clogged so it takes a very long time to drain. They also very clearly skipped out on space in the bathroom -- the sink is laughably small and you will bump your head while brushing your teeth or washing your face. Re: safety, there is one lock on the alley door and one lock and one latch on the room door. Yet

I was in town to help my son move from his Lincoln Park apartment to the Phoenix area. This hotel was perfectly suited to our needs. A living space with a pull out bed, a separate bedroom and separate kitchen including coffee for my mornings. We loved having the kitchen amenities and the easy walking access to several nearby restaurants. It felt like an apartment more than a hotel and it was perfect for us.

This hotel is a good value and in a great area. We loved being able to walk to so many stores and restaurants. For a two bedroom apartment I thought the price was good as well. Its also nice to have an accommodation like you would find at AirBnb without dealing with all the cleaning and check out instructions. The only reason it isnt a 5 star review is the road noise from street. It was quite loud at night. I travel with ear plugs so we were ok, but it is something to keep in mind if you are looking for a more quiet place to stay.
