Lincoln Park Guest House

I was warmly welcomed by the host.|Since it was bitter cold in Chicago and I'm from Florida, the host turned up the heat to keep me warm.|The room was clean, soft sheets with a warm comforter. Lots of closet space and room to spread out.|The hot water in the bathroom was a godsend!|Location is amazing, centrally located to all things fun in Chicago.

I just booked a return stay at the Lincoln Park Guest House because it was the ideal in every way!. Great location, spot clean accommodations, lush linens, very comfortable furnishings. Space was super private, modern, and simply ideal for this country girl to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay in the big city. Could walk to so many shops and restaurants in this super fun neighborhood, not far from lakefront and zoo. For sure recommend—five stars!

What a find! This beautiful guesthouse was the perfect location for me. In a charming neighborhood easy walk to many restaurants cafes etc. The room I had was stunning with beautiful windows at the front of the house and cathedral ceiling . It’s a very large and beautifully appointed. Bed was very luxurious and comfy with European linens and fabulous pillows . There is a coffee maker , ample closet space and the bathroom had large fluffy towels and luxury toiletries . I look forward to many more stays here , the host is wonderful and extremely accommodating. Can’t wait for my next visit !

Delighted with this find. If visiting Lincoln Park , and you want spotless luxury but low key autonomy , this is it. More catered than a Airbnb , this boutique home has a gorgeous room with private bathroom on the second floor and full access to front of house sitting room. The bed is SO comfortable, the drapes are clearly Custom and stylish. The owner - Sharon - |made sure to have the fridge stocked with cream and sparkling water and the Keurig had a weekends supply of coffee . We were right opposite DePaul and easily walked to our sons house . And dozens of great restaurants close by. Not to mention a rack of Divvy bikes 100 yards away that let us bike along the waterfront to downtown. If you are looking for a clean, private, cozy and hospitable stay in Lincoln Park, this is the perfect place! Professionally run, Sharon is the perfect host. We have stayed here many times, our daughter lives nearby. I would stay here even if she were not down the street. The king size bed is amazing; the room is modern, clean and bright. Keurig machine, snacks, water and a small refrigerator are among the amenities. Evening and nighttime is quiet and dark even though it is on a busy street. Parking is also no problem, a space is provided. You won’t be sorry, this is a real find!
