I highly recommend this place! Vernon Oaks is "the place" to stay. it is perfect for privacy when you want it and also- perfect for gathering together. The house, lawn, pool hot tub are immaculate, beautifully decorated and most important - everything has all the comforts of home while staying in these luxurious accommodations! You could not ask for a better host than Trey Swain. Trey is hands - down the most thoughtful, considerate, detail- oriented, timely responsive, kind and a polite Southern gentleman I have ever met! Our stay at this property didn't just meet our expectations; it absolutely shattered them. The property is anchored by the most majestic, ancient Live Oak tree draped in Spanish moss and is estimated to be nearly 400 years old—it instantly sets the mood for a true Southern getaway. The house is spotless, stylish and truly plug and play. I sat there one day thinking if there is anything the host could add that I didn't need, and literally couldn't come up with anything. We loved the beautiful pool and the fire pit area, but the highlight was definitely the view. With three levels of decks, you have a front-row seat to the marsh and the Vernon River. Trey….your place is amazing! Views are great in the morning and get better all day long. The most well equipped house I’ve ever stayed at from speakers to coffee makers to pool towels. Thanks so much for allowing the Girls Golf team to stay there. I know they enjoyed it as much as the parents did.

Vernon Oaks is an awesome vacation rental property. The layout of the house and the grounds are immaculate. Got together will some fellow vets over Veteran's Day weekend for some R&R and didn't want to leave. The location was ideal and the ambiance was spot-on, providing us with a private and enjoyable getaway. The host (Trey) outdid himself with the accommodations. We are already looking into dates in 2025 to take advantage of this amazing vacation rental property.

Vernon Oaks was the PERFECT place to stay! We only had 4 people but could have had plenty of room for 12 plus people. So many seating options inside and outside. My favorite area was the hot tube it was so easy to jump right in and have a great time. Trey communicated excellently and quickly. Very easy to book and he answered most of my questions before I even asked them. It was clean and so comfortable in the house. The back yard view is AMAZING and BREATHTAKING ❤️❤️❤️ 😬No concerns or complaints. Would book again in a heartbeat 💓
