Vancouver RV Park

Horrible! We booked one night for September 24. We got to the site around 7pm, no one is on site to assist. The power box was locked! We tried calling and got an answering machine. We finally used the site next to us to plug in so we could have power! The person in site 108 asked us why we were using his power, and we explained that we had no choice, he said there was no manager on site and the place was not being looked after. Luckily nothing went wrong that night since we both plugged into the same power outlet. We called the next day to let them know what had happened- the call centre customer service person took our concerns and said she would get back to us- no response to our complaint. The light at our site was smashed, and the place is run down. Do not stay at this RV park. Zero r

The man that lives in every spot 196 is a complete perv. Id like to keep my identity anonymous in fear of retaliation from him. I was staying with a friend just over night cause I was passing through to Salem and figured why not visit my buddy, est some food and shower up and be in my way in the morning but what I experienced I left asap. As I was about to take a shower a man already using it approached me and flashed me his penis! Then offerd me back to his and told me wher he lives! Must be the camp idiot cause I’ve reported him to police and I’ll be calling the office to make a complaint, if you visit this tv park stay away from this man he was berry aggressive in offering me sex so please be careful if you are gong. BOOKING. - When booking a site, I called and talked to a male staff member about getting my 58' RV & car trailer into a site and was told that they had a spot where we would fit and if not I could drop my trailer in the overflow parking. He then transferred me to the corp office for booking & I reconfirmed that there was a spot to drop my car trailer. That's $180 for the 2 nights. ||ARRIVAL. - When arriving there was no one there for assistance & when calling the # it went to the booking office. There was no way that I could fit in the pull thru space that we had booked. After talking to a resident she showed us where we could park the car trailer - that was a joke, no way we could even maneuver it in there, let alone drop it. I ended up renting another pull thru space for the sam

Poor customer service. I needed to cancel our reservation due to my husband being in the hospital. Not only could I never reach anyone, but their voicemail was full. They do have a 30 day cancellation policy, but I was hoping to talk to a person. I would have stayed there later, but now never again.

Our plans for a spot for our travel trailer fell through at the last minute. Day of needing a reservation calling around, this was one of few places who answered the phone. They were so kind and helpful. We needed 3 nights and had a reservation email before we even pulled out of the parking lot we were in. They have full hookups and laundry and shower all clean. Ruben the lives on site manager came to check that we had everything. Area is safe and close to the freeway for access to go visit all the tourist type things. Overall great experience. The WIFI works wonderfully.
