WARNING: Think twice before renting at Valley Square Apartments (3808 W Wisconsin Ave). This review is based entirely on my personal experience as a tenant. The on‑site manager, Davia Zamora, has consistently been rude and dismissive toward tenants who are disabled or living on low income. Instead of working with people who have real challenges, I was hit with fee after fee, even when I paid on time. The elevator breaks down every couple of months, and it has been out of service since September, which is a major accessibility issue for anyone with mobility limitations. The ownership team, Angela and Susan, act like they know housing law better than everyone else, but in my experience they were unhelpful, inflexible, and unwilling to address serious concerns. Horrible management, dirty and run down. Doors to balcony and several windows are boarded. Roaches in the halls. High crime and drugs with no security cameras anywhere! I would give a zero star rating if it were an option! Completely disgusted with this place. It should be shut down!

I moved out the first night! There were roaches having a gansta party all over shoes🤮🤢 I didn’t even bother to pack them back up I just left.
