Hilton Garden Inn Milwaukee Downtown

To say this hotel is gorgeous is an absolute understatement! I was taken away by the beauty inside and outside this hotel. The view from our window in our corner room looking at the architecture of the buildings around us was absolutely gorgeous! The rooms are nice and well laid out with high ceilings, which was nice. There is a microwave and small refrigerator and the temperature control seemed to work well. It was not the most comfortable bed I’ve ever stayed in in a hotel, but it wasn’t the worst either. I feel the mattresses could definitely use an upgrade. The service at check-in was top-notch, super friendly, personable, and helpful. We had to end up, leaving early because of an issue at home, but we will definitely come back here and stay again in the future. We did not get to try t

Ryan and his staff at Hilton Garden Inn Milwaukee Downtown provided the best valet parking experience we’ve ever had in all our years of travel. They were extremely busy but still somehow managed to be very personable and make everything seamless, even going above and beyond to make sure our experience was extraordinary. Even the relatively low cost of the service was a pleasant surprise. All things considered, I would never even think about a public parking option when lodging here even when traveling on a tight budget. I recently had a one night stay at this hotel. I love historic properties and this one really fit the bill! The rooms had really high ceilings and the architecture both inside and out was stunning. The rooms have a microwave and small fridge which was perfect for what we needed. Kerry from the front desk gave us a mini tour of the first floor to see the old safes/vaults. She also gave us some great history of the building, thanks to her for going the extra step. Google "The Loyalty Building" in Milwaukee to see some of the history. Everyone else we interacted with were great also from the valet to the bartender in the lounge. Will certainly be back this summer when the weather is better for a walk by the river.

I don’t even know where to start about how perfectly wonderful this hotel is! It’s a beautiful old building with character and charm located in downtown Milwaukee, convenient and walkable to restaurants, theaters, and attractions. The room felt much more luxurious than I expected. Even better than the building is the staff. Every single person we encountered, without exception, seemed to be making it their priority to see that we were well taken care of and having a great time. From the front desk staff to housekeeping to the restaurant server and the omelet chef, everybody bent over backward to be friendly and accommodating. The magnificent building this hotel is located in is absolutely stunning! The architecture and history of this building is incredible! A Hilton property, so the service was excellent, the room was clean and spacious, and all the bases were covered. The staff from the valet to the breakfast staff were well trained and willing to help with a smile! On your next trip to Milwaukee, I highly recommend!
