I just got horrible bed bugs from this place. In room 116. The hotel and my property are the only places I have been, there's nowhere else where I could have got the bed bugs. The rooms appeared to be quite good for the price until I realized I had bed bugs upon leaving. I got two rooms for multiple people. 118 doesn't appear to have bed bugs but absolutely reeks of cigarettes despite being non-smoking. AC units leak water onto the floor of both rooms when ran. The employee was pretty rude though. He was helpful when I had problems with the Internet but had a lot of attitude. I saw him there for 2 days without leaving, I think he lives behind the check in counter. Pretty convenient location. Needs new management. Bed bugs are 100% unacceptable!

I have stayed about 20 times in 2019. Very clean HOTEL very nice place. Right next to a busy intersection. Mostly been a construction workers crowd that had been staying here. But the rooms are very clean. One of the cheaper in price in All of Panama city without losing quality.

I did not get any special service here. I got more service than what I paid here. The staff is very rude and has no understanding. How to handle guests.That person has no experience. I stayed here last month.

So, I have now stayed here Twice... March 22 and April 10 2024 pictures from both times. I have to say that I really like this place. The rooms are on the extra small side, but they are clean and comfortable. They really did a good job with the space they had to work with as far as updates and modernizing. The rooms had smart TVs, but we didn't really utilize it because we slept so amazingly good on these beds, I honestly am usually complain about the bed and my back or whatever other ache or pain a bad mattress can cause but myself and my guy were just OUT and slept the entire night even though next to a busy road, you honestly can't even hear the traffic...now if they'd only add a hot tub and breakfast..... And the people were nice too. The first time the guy checked us in, he wasn't too

Owners are RUDE. Drink vending machines either take your money or produce the wrong drink. Room windows are filthy, dirt and grime on every touchable surface, totally bad experience.
