Red Roof Inn Panama City

We’ve stayed in about 12 RRI and this one was excellent! I tried to leave a review a year ago when we were there but my Google account was not cooperating. The room was large and very clean. Breakfast included more than the usual toast and cereal. Some RRI don not include a continental breakfast. This hotel was really extra nice and so was the staff!

Very Nice establishment. Kear at the front desk was most helpful. The rooms were nice and clean and the free breakfast added just the touch we needed.

Carol was always so friendly and nice. She always had the breakfast area clean and ready in the morning. Christina was always very helpful and friendly as well. Also, I was here with my mother who is elderly and can not get in a tub and when I requested to change rooms for a walk in shower the staff on duty had the room cleaned and got us moved over with no problem!

Positive: Clean and did not smell like pot. Huge parking lot Negative: only one elevator and it was slow.

Some let the 5 star reviews fool you. You're told to leave a review of your stay, and for me, I give me exact honest opinion. When I first arrived and stepped foot through the doors, it smelled strong of weed. It was probably a guest, but still. The room smelled disgusting and the floor looked old and gross and was warped or something near the bed. I felt uncomfortable walking without socks and shoes on in the room. There was a tissue left in the peephole and I'm not sure why that wasn't taken care of. When your turn on the light/fan for the bathroom, something kept falling from the top vent into the toilet. I couldn't get a good look at what exactly it was. The soap dispensers for the shower and sink were a pain to use because I could only ever get a tiny dot of soap out. I had high hopes
